Two people with identical BMR can end up with total daily calorie targets several hundred calories apart, purely based on which activity level they select. Why the gap between levels is bigger than it looks
On a BMR of 1,500, moving from sedentary to moderately active adds 525 calories to the daily target — and moving all the way to extremely active adds over 1,000.
